Discuss the reasons why the 25 year old man mentioned in the article would be regarded as having a lack of ‘moral maturity’.

4.) Watch the following clip and describe the reasons why Governor Spitzer’s actions would be regarded as ‘immoral’.because he had a knif in his had and was suspected to ruining a car.
